AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and GetBlurby ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://getblurby.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. USER REPRESENTATIONS

FEES AND PAYMENT

You authorize us to charge your payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis until you notify us of cancellation. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and to refuse any order placed through the Site.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We may offer a free trial or free plan to allow you to evaluate our service before purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@getblurby.com for assistance.
Refund eligibility is subject to our review and approval. After the initial 2-day period, refunds are not provided for subscription cancellations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Systematic data scraping or extraction without written permission.
Unauthorized use, including creating accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features of the Site.
Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as scripts or bots.
Impersonating another user or person.
Selling or transferring your account.
Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code.
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

USER GENERATED CONTENT
